Divorce Mediation

In situations where divorce is involved, a vocational rehabilitation counselor can provide important information to assist in the prelitigation mediations and hearings or other legal settings. Through the PRC Testing Center's vocational assessment, earning capacity can be determined to document the wage earning ability of the interested party. The assessment can document the need for, type and practicability of vocational rehabilitation services that could be provided to increase the individual's wage earning capacity.

A comprehensive vocational rehabilitation assessment will reveal aptitudes, interests, abilities, temperaments, work values and work personality. The assessment can determine what percentage of jobs in the labor market the worker can perform.
